What is Self Hypnosis?



You’ve probably heard of self hypnosis, and the amazing results many people are having with it. But have you ever thought of self hypnosis as a way of improving your life?

Listening to a CD provided by myself can still be classed as self-hypnosis, the self’ in this case being ‘you’ the person listening to the recording.
